Not only we are both Bow Valley locals, but he was so helpful throughout the process. Together we looked at a few different properties in Cochrane, in different parts of town and at different price ranges. Robb knew the communities, the zoning and ultimately the best property - long term for my family's needs. He helped arrange the property inspection, worked with our bank and most importantly, when some challenges did come up, he helped to guide us through the entire process.
